We recently purchased a new Nikon N70 SLR camera (to replace a 20-year old Minolta and to use on the Wolf Park trip) and since I excel in computers and not photography, we decided to give me a crash course in photography so that Joanne could also appear in some of the pictures.

Since the Wolf Park trip is primarily to photograph wildlife, we decided it might be a good idea to practice shooting wildlife before making the trip to Indiana, and the best place to find wildlife in Pittsburgh (besides many of the local bars on weekends) is the Pittsburgh Zoo.

Here are a few of the better (and reasonably "in focus") photographs I took. Click on each thumbnail to view the full-size image.
